My son 5.5 year old has got fever 100 F since yday afternoon along with headache. Gave Crocin 240 - 3.5 ml Weight 15.5 kg PS - I was having viral fever yesterday too. Took these medicines - photo attached and got recovered satisfactorily. Please suggest medicines for my son. Do I need to start antibiotics for him ?

Last night my throat started itching and after I slept I was shivering even in a regular fan. This morning I woke up getting extreme flatulence and around 10AM my fever started to rise to 103° F and my legs and things were paining constantly I took paracetamol and one gas tablet pantoprazole (idk the spelling) to relieve the pain. Still nothing Flatulence retains. Kindly help!

My daughter is 2.5 years old and has on and off fever since 4 days. The armpit temperature is between 99 to 100.6 and comes back sometimes in 5 hours or sometimes in 8-10 hours.
