Is there reason to worry and visit doctor if my 4 and half year olds fever is around 100.5 What should be the dosage of calpol 250 mg to be administered? Thanks

I have dry cough for years but since last year I was suffering from persistent dry cough and sometimes had asthma like attack in which had to take inhaler regularly. In April I had dry cough with shortness of breath which was relieved for some time only by taking inhaler and cough syrup. So I used a lot of herbs like cinnamon, clove, ginger, turmeric to suppress dry cough although dry cough suppressed but breathing difficulty didn't go away. Also throat became very dry, suffocating after eating. Throat dryness go away by mid July but mild pain in throat and shallow breathing is still happening with fatigue like situation sometimes.

My son 2 year 10 month old. 100 cm height and 12.5 kg weight didn't gain weight in last 1 year. Due to repeated fever with high temp above 102 .Each time settles in 4-5 days with ibugesic syrup and augmentin duo dry syrup. Only fever no other symptoms and after fever cough starts. And cough takes another 4-5 days with chericof syrup  and during that period no desire for eat only liquid or fruits . My question is why this happen almost in every 30-45 days either only fever or cold with fever. I have done CRP test it's show 4.69mg/l And no malaria and widal test negative. What to conclude now. Any other test if require pls suggest.

I have done with my ASD operation 1 month ago...after operation after 4 5 days i am always having a phlegm in my throat and mild wet cough...i am taking 1 dose aspirin 150 daily... chest xray was done during my operation means 1 month ago ..it showed prominent hilar shadow ...but in echo report they showed no pulmonary hypertension...

Hi, My son is 2 yrs 10 months old and weighs around 10.6kg. Since last 4-5 days he is frequently having fever around 100-102+. Initially giving calpol 250 would control the fever but since last 2 days it is rising to 102+ despite giving calpol and I have to give meftal p and apply wet cloth strips on forehead to bring the fever down. Should I be worried and when should I go see a doctor? FYI he has cough and cold too.

Hello Doctor, I like to smoke 3 or 4 ciggerate in a day, a morning ciggerate is must for me as it awake me completely from sleep and inspire me to do office work (feel some energy). Also it releases my stress, but I am getting chest pain now a days also I throw coffee colour blood sometime with wet cough. I want to quit ciggerate but it helps me to boost me to work also helps to release stress. Hello,           My nephew is 9 months old. He has hole in his heart. Also, his body is not growing and his head is bigger than body. He has some respiratory problems also. He can't take breathe properly. He is sick every other day. He has fever, wet cough, cold . Doctors has given medicines - arbidit, tonoferon, calcimax. But, no result. I have a 9 years old male stray dog. For the past few days, he has been vomiting the food immediately after eating. We consulted a doctor and he told me that he is suffering from a gastrointestinal infection and cough congestion in the chest. He is getting inject and medication for 2 Days. My issue is that he is not eating or drinking water. We are trying to feed him through a syringe but he is throwing wet food out of his mouth immediately.
