Frequent fever since 4 days
Hi,
My son is 2 yrs 10 months old and weighs around 10.6kg. Since last 4-5 days he is frequently having fever around 100-102+. Initially giving calpol 250 would control the fever but since last 2 days it is rising to 102+ despite giving calpol and I have to give meftal p and apply wet cloth strips on forehead to bring the fever down.
Should I be worried and when should I go see a doctor? FYI he has cough and cold too.
