Hi, according to details provided by you it shows that child is having heart disease. Kids with heart disease can have recurrent respiratory tract infections (cough, cold, distress and fever) and sometimes they fail to grow if there is advanced stage heart disease. For childs heart problem you need to consult pediatric cardiologist. Arbivit is vitamin D supplement, tonoferon is iron supplement and calcimax  is calcium supplement, they have nothing to do with heart disease. Syndrome or not? This can be said only after physical examination in detail.
Next Steps
Continue to use same medication and take pediatric cardiologist opinion as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Don't neglect the child with heart disease and child who fails to grow as per age.
