Good morning Doctors. My son Zayyan who is 7years old is complaining of pain in chest centre since one week. We thought it is acid reflux and gave mucaine syrup a few times. It has been more than a week and the pain still persist. And today he has caught cough, and it pains so much when he coughs. I'm getting worried. What this could be?

My baby is 3 years old weight is13 kg. My baby has cold and cough initially after three days he got ear pain after one day he has fever which is very high. We went to the doctor he gave paracetamol, cough syrup dextromethorphan chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine and then cephalexin. Still fever is not reduced. Sponge bath is given. What to do. If he has fever is its rising up always.

Having throat pain for 2 days and since yesterday night had a cough. I had taken Azithromycin 500mg and for cough I had taken codistar syrup. Since today morning my voice is gone. I am also doing gargle in salt water in morning. Still I am not feeling good. But no fever. Please refer some medicine

Hi I am suffering from allergy. Nose and throat allergy. After getting up i feel lot of mucus in my nose and throat . I have to clean . And if I say mucus always remain in my throat and nose. Sometimes I get continuous sneezes without cold. And blow my nose due to fill of mucus in it and deliberately cough to spit out. Due to i get cold and cough occassionally Need syrup to stop it slowly. Guide me.

Hi, I am having fever of 99-100 range from 3 days and dry cough from 2 days . I am taking dolo 650 and ascorrill cough syrup . Should I start any antibiotics or other medicine. feeling weak also.. Please suggest me to take any other medications. Thank you.

Mttle bit of dry cough but frequency is very low but painful for thorat and also have feaver temperature 102 f.After taking Dextromethorphan syrup and Azibact 500 dry cough is gone and temperature staying at 99 f.Is their any risk like Covid 19???

Having fever, cough and cold. Test result as below : CRP : 24.7 mg/l Sgpt: 64 iu/l Widal test : positive Kindly suggest for further treatment. We are giving Steroids and blood thinner and along with vitamin c and zinc. Paracetamol and cough syrup.
