I had a fever around 100.2 and body ache for 2 days. But after taking dolo 650 once a day, I felt better. But it has been 5 days and I still have throat pain and dry cough at night. What medicines should I take for it? I'm taking Asthakind syrup for cough at night and feel better.

Hello doctor, my daughter having continuous fever for last 3days even after taking paracetamol 3ml for every 6 hrs. Yesterday she is ok but she is having cough so we went to doctor & he prescribed Alex junior syrup for cough & cold.Incase of heavy fever he also suggest meftal P suspension.Can I give that medicine or what kindly let us know

My daughter is suffering from fever, cough and cold since 2 days. She had 103 fever yesterday night, we gave her dolo syrup and took her to a doctor this morning. My daughter's antibody test for Covid shows postive report.and Dr said she had Covid one month ago. But now her RTPCR test is negative. Had covid on 11th April,was asymptomatic.little body pain was there.since 1st week of May ,feel like shortness of breath, initially thought due to stress,then I had cough wid mucous which was not coming from throat after taking cough syrups since 6days,not much relief.is there something wrong?what I should do?not done CT or blood test as doctor didn't prescribed at that time.pls suggest
