Hi my husband , father in law and brother in law has been tested covid positive. I have a 5 month old baby who is exclusively breastfed. Becz of some problem couldn't get the test done but have symptoms of sore throat and cough so i asked the doctor and he said to start the medicines, i took azithromycin, paracetamol, vit c and zinc tablets but after 5 days still having some cough. Which cough syrup is safe for the baby as he is breastfed. My doctor adviced grillinctus cough syrup and N acetyl cysteine tablets twice daily. Is it safe for me to take and not affecting the baby in any ways.if not what other medicine can i take for sore throat and cough

My 5 yrs daughter is having cough cold and fever with throat cong. Doctor prescribed cough syrup, paraceramol and nebulizer. Also prescribed Advent syrup only if fever cont. after 3 days along with cong. My question- she had the same problem 20 days back and she took Advent forte antibiotic for 7 days. So is it safe to have one more course of advent within 20 days?

I have 7 month old baby for last 6 days he affected by cold and cough due to weather today is the 8th day still he doesnt gone motion i said to doctor but he is saying due to coled and cough bathroom he didnt gone like that for motion problem he gave 2 syrup i poured syrup yesterday night and morning once each syrup 6 drops syrup name vitamin d3 oral drps 400iu,multivatamin mineral &lysine drops zincovit drops nutraceutical .But still he didnt gone loosemotion doctor .

My brother age is 19 years old. 2 days back he was having light coughing and we have consulted the doctor and he prescribed cough syrup and cefuroximine Axetile Tablet. But from yesterday he had fever 2 times at morning and evening, we have given him Paracetamol. Then today morning again fever came. Now cough is also having phlegm cough. My other family members had also similar symptoms and were on a medicines too and now they are fine.

Hi Sir/madam, I recently recoverd from Covid, last month. Im having severe productive cough, used many medicines like MontekLC, and cough syrups. Later I used pulmoclear tabltes for 3 days, those 3 day the production of phlegum is less and my cough got reduced, but again it started after stopping those medicines. Currently having Phlegum prblm with a little bit of cough at night times mainly. Kindly suggest any medication is needed to clear out my throat, it is itchy as well.

Hi.. I am having fever from last 3 days.. I consult the doctor.. he prescribed me paracetamol, Azithromycin, and one cough syrup and told me to have dengue test if my situation doesn't improve. Currently my symptoms are - severe headache, fever 100-101, cough, and mild body and joints pain. Even after taking medicine after my fever is not getting down. Kindly suggest what to do.
