My brother (30 yrs old)is having mild cough from a month. We consulted a doctor few days back and had cough syrup for few days. It got fine. But after leaving cough again started but it is mild. There's no shortness of breath. Today I got my X-ray done and it if found that bronchovascular markings are prominent. What does that mean?

Baby is 2 years 10 months old. He had cold,cough and fever till 10 days back. Gave medication (Cetrizine syrup and Levolin syrup) for the same and it was cured. But 3 days back , he had juice and caught cold and cough again. Gave Sinarest AF for 2 days. Still cold is there. Is it ok to continue Sinarest AF for cold and Levolin for cough?

Actually her(4YRS daughter's) grandfather admitted hospital on 27th Dec due to Tuberculosis & covid expired on Jan 6th.. She spent a 1 full day with him before he admitted to hospital.. My daughter 8 year old had covid in September after that in November she had pneumonia admitted in hospital and got treatment .Now in February 15 she got fever cold and wet cough again peadiatric doctor did xray and again she got pneumonia . doctor told it is viral .we are taking good care of her since November don't know why pneumonia recurred .Now iam in confusion whether she need more investigations.what to do .
