Around 10 days back I had sore throat and little cough. No other symptoms. I took Ivermectin, Azithromycin, Doxycycline and Alex cough syrup after which I have almost no cough and 95% relief from sore throat. From the last 2 days I am feeling a little breathlessness. What are the next steps I should take ?

I had tested positive for corona on 19th of April 2021. It's going to be a month and I was almost recovering. But a few days back my SPO2 level started fluctuating.
