My 7 yrs old child vit d level is 20 doc has priscribed vitnove sachet 60,000 i.u continuously for 10 days ..pls advise secondly I m confused regarding the correct dosage for zyrcold syrup should I give 5ml once a day ro twice a day for 10 days.

Hi, My husband is facing issue of dry cough from last september which comes after he completes his meal, there is also a tendency of clearing his throat. Also Dry Cough comes when he is in cold wheather. We referred so many general physicians but root cause is not clear, in October 19th 2021 we did Chest X ray ans HRCT it was all clear We recently did his IGE test the value was 1071, so one of the general physician suggested taking montair fx for 1 month. Please help me in understanding the root cause.

My aunty became rtpcr positive on 25th April symptoms started 2 days before and fever subsided after 2 days..inflamaatory markers done on 28th normal values,was taking only T.Fabiflu and other Symptomatic medicines..saturation is 98-97 after 6mwt..but her cough is not subsided ..any need to give her steroids and blood thinners in post covid phase..local Physician advised no medicines except Fabiflu for 6 days and a cough suppressant.Please guide me what shall I do further..I'm monitoring oxygen levels daily 3-4 times and Temperature and PR..she's comfortably doing her daily household chores without sob..Please guide me in further managing her in home sir/mam

Hi, My mother 59 years old had fever on 18th of April. Her doctor prescribed antibiotics, antihistamines and vitamins and her fever went down after 3 days. But due to fatigue and low bp we got her tested and she tested positive for COVID(rt PCR positive(26) on 27th of April. Her lung ct scan showed 6/25. Her blood test reports have all values normal and under range, and she tested positive for IgG antibody on 3th April. However she has had cough since 4th April night, and has been taking doctor prescribed pulmoclear tablets. After taking them, her cough has reduced, though still there to an extent. She doesn't have other symptoms. Is this of concern? Does she need any other medication? She is only having vitamin tablets now.

It started with a sinus infection which got better with antihistamines, nasal spray, and pseduogest. Sinus pressure was relieved but I still had a cough and runny nose week or so later. Doctor says it doesn’t look like bacterial and probably sinus infection moving to chest. 2 weeks later symptoms persist and I get z-pack and codeine. My 8month baby has ear infection as diagnosed by doctor and he gave Clamp syrup. Last month he had this and other doc gave Azee syrup. Now he is having throat sourness and he is coughing. Will it go off by the same Medicine? What should I do? He is coughing and is in pain

We have just shifted our residence n due to lot of dust my three year old has runny nose and coughing..i am giving Montair Lc syrup once at night.But since yesterday his cough has increased.. how much allegra syrup should be given to him in a day ?

Hello everyone!!! My 2.5 year old has been getting cold and cough every month. It takes 18-20 days to completely get recovered and then in a week he catches cold again. We stay in Bangalore. It has started since he was 8 months old. He was given nebulization for 1 year and then inhalers. When he was 1 year 5 months old, i.e from June 2024, I started Budecort Inhalers 3 weeks and then Levolin whenever he had severe wheezing. But then still hus cold cough repeated every month. So switched to Ayurveda treatments. He got better. Didnt get cold and cough in November and december 2024. But now again im 2025 since January till June end he got 3 times and each time it took 18-20 days to completely recover. He started pre school from April. May be that is why he is getting effected ? I see this happening because of climate change also. Is it normal? Which doctor should I consult in such case ? Any suggestions? Weight - 13 kgs

My son is 12 years old. He has had a cold for almost 2 months now, and no medication has helped. We consulted a doctor a day ago and were prescribed yet another course of antibiotics, but today, he has added allergies cough also. His nose is constantly blocked, and in the morning, he sneezes as he wakes up. Please suggest what can be done. Again, we have tried all sorts of medication. Nothing works

Past 4 days ,slight feverish body ache. Took dolo 650. Little better. Since yesterday, severe cough with phlegm, sneezing, throat pain, tiredness. Want appointment in nearby svasthi hospital for this evening.
