Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Sir, I found a very minute blood lining or like a clot in mucus one day while coughing, I consulted a doctor and he asked me to get a chest x ray , he said that there is no major issue in an x ray and had to took some medicine for a while. Today I had asame problem and found the blood in mucus as well. Please guide me that these are not the indication of lung cancer.

My child is 4 weeks old, she is having dry cough which is intermittent since yesterday, n left eye is bit teary( not so severe like tears rolling down) but eye seems moist. And even she is sneezy. After 2 days of medication, cold is under control but feeling mild fever with dry cough and body pain. Anything serious, so Shall I visit Doctor or simple medication would be enough ?
