Bad cough and blocked nose 12 days!

Asked for Male, 12 Years

I am having really strong cough from last 12-13 days. I am 12 years old. My nose is also blocked and starts running in night. I really want to recover from this as fast as i can. I was having Asthma when i was about 2 years old..But i have recovered from it now. This problem usually happens in season change. And it is really difficult for me to breathe.
