Fever since 2 days with severe headache. Dry mouth and throat with throat pain and dry coughing. Cold like symptoms with sneezes and red nose

From more than 6 month I am feeling coughing problem and irritated throat, I have also consulted doctor there is No TB and all test negative only IGe level was high . Please tell me the causes and treatments of this ,I feel restless because of this , I want to cure this .

I had caught a common cold around the 20th of June where I had gotten the usual symptoms of it. I have already ran through the course and now I'm no longer suffering from fevers. But my coughing is not only still here, but is getting in the way of my day to day life. My friends are telling me I have Post Nasal Drip, and my nose is runny after all. And I have coughing fits from time to time which are sometimes quite violent (I almost vomited one time). I was given allergy medications (Bilazap M) which did alleviate some of the symptoms but the coughing is getting too disruptive as it disturbs the classes I'm attending and my sleep. Please advise as to what I am supposed to do as this coughing is ruining my life.

Suffering from dry cough issue and feeling weekness and today bp is bit low and feeling lethargic also acidity and heavy Ness in stomach.
