Hiii Seems like acute tonsillitis Treatment- amoxyclav tab twice daily for 5 days Tab pantoprazole one tab empty stomach early morning for 7 days Tab paracetamol +aceclofenac (combination)sos(for fever and pain twice daily for 3 days Tab levocetrizine once in night for 3 days(reduces sneezing and runny nose) Hot water gargle thrice daily along with steam inhalation

Tab sinarest one every 8hours  for 3 to 4 days. Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Grilinctus d cough syrup 5ml every 8hours for 5days  to 7 days. Drink warm fluids,  do hot saline  gargles,  regular steam inhalation with karvol capsule  2 to 3 times daily.
