Hello, I'm a 46 year old male, suffering from heavy wetness/ feeling something is stuck in throat after food especially lunch . And from evening till I sleep I feel liquid mucus in my throat or upper respiratory tract... I cough and get a little mucus. I keep trying to clear my throat And I get frequent running nose, cold .. Is it normal if I get wet dreams during sleep in daytime? I woke up at 6 am in morning. Took bath, did pranayama, meditation , had my breakfast but I fell asleep at about 10am again and I got wet dreams during that time.
