Can i give relent+ syrup to my 4 months old baby for cold & cough(weight 7kg).if yes then what should be the dosage in hw many times a day?

It should NOT be given to infants...PL avoid it..u can give nasoclear nasal drops for nasal blockade...2 drops three times ..through nose for 2-3 days..need to know more details though.
