My baby boy is 2yr old and his body weight is 11 kg approximately. He is suddenly started coughing from yesterday. I didn't give any medication because it was not much . I just gave him warm water along with clove and Ginger water . I massage his feet in night with warm mustard oil( garlic and carrom seeds). His temp in night was 99.4 and after few hours it becomes normal 98.5. I feel his body temp is normal but his feet and hand is little warm compared to body. Today morning he is coughing little more... so I gave him wikoryl drop 1.2 ml. When I can repeat the medication?

Hello, I moved to Bengaluru in 2022. The first year was mostly fine. But in 2023, suddenly I started waking up with a stuffy nose. I would sneeze 10-15 times and then it would be ok. After some time, it got worse. I would keep sneezing on and off throughout the day. My nose would either be stuffy or runny. I would feel drowsy on those days. The frequency of this started increasing.. to a point where not even a single day of the week would be fine. My voice also became nasal. Meanwhile, I moved to a different house far away from the previous one. The issue continued. A doctor prescribed azeflo nasal spray which works well for me. So now I don't have so many episodes but my voice is still nasal. A new problem has come up since October 2024 wherein I start coughing when I lie down (not every day but often). Along with it is a very prominent wheezing sound. Coughing is sometimes incessant. I am not able to figure out the cause. Please help.

Good morning Dr. I am suffering from cold and cough feom 29th of August I was taking homeopathic medicine Hepar sulphar 30ch ,Rhus tox 30ch I started feel better but I had cough which is coming from nose and goes to my chest .I am a sinusitis patient .my left head is feeling heavy and very frequent mucus is coming out.i took antanium tart 30ch  as well according to Dr. Advice but not much relief .kindly suggest any good homeopathic medicine I would be really grateful to you. My husband was a tuberculosis patient. He took 9 months of medicine. After ct guided biopsy it was determined he has mediastinal lymph node tb.In last CECT it shows lymph node had reduced. But sometimes he faces occasional cough so doctor did this PFT test. My husband's recent problem is after every 2 to 3 hours he feels some tickling sensation or some kind of sensation in throat cough. He also like every day have runny nose sneezing. But I'm thinking about this occasional cough.Why this is happening doctor please help? Pft test shows he has narrow airways. Is this the reason? Or this PFT test report is just his poor efforts?

Dear Doctor, My father has cold cough since last 10 days. X-ray on the last 31st showed phlegm in the chest. So a medicine doctor told him to take amoxicillin and potassium tablets. After taking that tablet yesterday morning and afternoon he suddenly coughed up a lot of blood. So when we contacted the doctor, his assistant told us to take amoxicillin and potassium injection and pause 500 tablets. Even after giving such medicine, blood is still coming in a small amount, although not as much as before. I searched the internet about this and found that site effects of amoxicillin can cause bleeding. My question is, can this sudden bleeding be due to the site effect of amoxicillin? And what should I do now? My father age- 65

My baby three months old. 5.4 kg at 10 weeks. Got fever 99.5 f, cough sometimes. Two days back mother had fever, headache, vomiting. But hers cured next day after paracetamol and antibiotics. My baby i gave calpol 0.6 ml as told by doctr long back. Now temperature is 97.6. but he cough sometimes. Sleeps more. Eats but cries in between as if hes straining to pass stool . Not same. Look lik hes in pain. Cries with full strength.

I have done CT PNS there is no issue with sinus, it is clear, but in CBC report there is few% of infection. I do have allergy from rice, clove, dust and coconut. I am totally avoiding to eat this. Doctor has prescribed me montalukast and prolastin and I am following from 1 month and I can't see any results still I am coughing so much. Also, this medicines causing me side effects like aggression, mood swings. I am daily drinking warm water and not eating any cold and sour food. Even if I any fruit like apple or mango or pomegranate it cause me continuous cough. I work in IT so sometimes for a month I need to work in might shifts too. Else I do eat food on time and do exercise daily. What would be the problem here, please help.

I have persistent cough since 8 months its gets too worse that its leading to vomiting I have gone to doctor tb test was negative then my x ray showed lower lobe subsegmental pulmonary consolidation then I used some medicine it was cured when I used medicines then again reappeared then again I went to another doctor then she tod it might be due to some gastric problem and asked me stop using certain spicy foods and aerated drinks and my cough is still there getting worse during night leading to vomiting sometimes I am eating spicy food and its getting worse

I have been suffering from fever from last week. But after 2-3 days of taking paracetamol it was gone. But last 3-4 days again I'm suffering from fever and cough. Fever was mainly coming in the morning. Still cough is there and even it increases at night. Now I am taking dolo650,azythromycin500mg,luvoflox500mg.I have taken blood test(CBC & Widal tests). Salmonella typhi O 1:160,H 1:80,AH& BH 1:20.Yesterday morning onwards I am taking that antibiotics. Today after taking azythromycin loose motion started. Some 3-4 tiny red spots are also shown in my hands and after that it vanished. Give suggestions and is the medication going is fine or not.

Hi Sir, Good afternoon, I could see that my baby boy of age 9 weeks who has been coughing(dry cough) moderately in mid nights since a week. Also, could see him snoring(bubbling noise in deep throat) during day time sleep. No visible symptoms of either phlegm or mucus. Current medication details:: LIV-52 drops(1-1-1) Zincovit drops(1-0-0) Vitamin D3 drops(0-0-1) Feeding breast milk for every 2/2.30 hours. Is it something that I need more attention on it?
