Wheezing and coughing
Hello,
I moved to Bengaluru in 2022. The first year was mostly fine. But in 2023, suddenly I started waking up with a stuffy nose. I would sneeze 10-15 times and then it would be ok. After some time, it got worse. I would keep sneezing on and off throughout the day. My nose would either be stuffy or runny. I would feel drowsy on those days. The frequency of this started increasing.. to a point where not even a single day of the week would be fine. My voice also became nasal.
Meanwhile, I moved to a different house far away from the previous one. The issue continued.
A doctor prescribed azeflo nasal spray which works well for me. So now I don't have so many episodes but my voice is still nasal.
A new problem has come up since October 2024 wherein I start coughing when I lie down (not every day but often). Along with it is a very prominent wheezing sound. Coughing is sometimes incessant. I am not able to figure out the cause.
Please help.

You were started with a condition known as allergic rhinitis which is now turning into bronchial asthma it seems bcoz you were not evaluated n treated properly for your allergic issues..
Now you need to get certain basic allergic evaluation n start treatment regularly with proper follow ups
The investigations which you have attached here are much not needed n useful for your health condition

You are progressing to allergic asthma due to insufficient treatment or continued exposure to dust/whatever is bothering your airways. You need Spirometry to be done and proper treatment
