Cough from 1 month with wheezing
My son is 6 year old weight of 20 kg. When he returned from village after summer vacation.. He started cough.. I checked him with mbbs/dch.. He prescribed cepodem and duoline nebulizer for 3 days and levoline syrup, omnacatril forte syrup and levoline,montina l for 5 days...situation in control but cough again started after 2 days.. I again contacted him...he prescribed levoline and montina l for next 5 days...again cough started after completion of medication.. Then my son checked by MD.. He prescribed levoline, budecort nebulizer, bilasure m kid, clarinova 125 dry syrup, cheston ls junior for five days..cough in control.. Again I went to him on 4th day as he said to come.. He said wheezing is not going.. Child is allergical... He prescribed omnacatril 20 mg along above medicine for 3 days.. Then start 1 month course of montair 10 mg.. I search everywhere telling 5 mg montair tab for 6 year

Tablets are not the first line of treatment anyways
Needs proper history to identify allergen and needs avoidance with proper therapy,better to avoid omanacortil for more than 5 days,have you done a spirometry or impulse oscillometry test,contact for further management
