Hi 2.6 years old baby boy.He was having fever cold few days back I was giving him paracetomol syrup and nasal saline spray with Levocetrizine syrup.later after 5 days we all tested covid positive since then he is having cough phlegm along with fever .so I continued paracetomol ventol for cough .Now using azithromycin antibiotic for 3 days along with paracetomol syrup levocetrizine and ventoline and nasal spray .so is it safe if we use this paracetomol syrup many days as it's been more than 10 days I have benn using paracetomol syrup levocetrizine syrup and nasal saline spray .now the fever is little like for every 8 to 10 hours after giving syrup fever seems to be 37.7 near neck and if I see near forehead it's normal .today evening antibiotic course will be finished shall I stop paracetotsyrup also.he is having cough cold phelgm as of now
