My baby has cough who is 16 month old and weight is 13.4 kg. I am out of India for few months. He has cough with phlegm only at night time but no cough at morning and no mucus at his nose. I got a syrup from another parent image attached. Can I give him. How many ml should be given?

Dont give this, just give cetrizine syp 5 ml in nyt , if he is not allergic to any drug, Avoid dextromethorphan combination in small kids Do physical consultation consultation
