I have dry cough from last 20 days and suddenly I get chocked making me kind of suffocate then after a lot of efforts it gets normal even when I’m talking my throat gets chocked and it’s very difficult to breathe I’ve consulted doc he has taken X-ray and blood test which is normal please help it’s very disturbing and dangerous

My 8 month baby having temperature in the range of 98 to 100 Fahrenheit from tuesday. Hi, I am asking this question to get suggestion to start the treatment for the current health problem which my wife is facing. I knew if mucus drips from nose to throat it is Post Nasal drip which i used to have earlier but after it is cured,I began to produce mucus in front of neck.. what it is called and what could be reason.Because of that i am feeling tickly sensation and began to cough.. Please let me know if it is because of postnasal drip...
