Today morning I feel my smell is reduced and not able to smell properly. I already got covid couple of years back and vaccinated three times. Is this a cause of concern? In the 1st week of January 2021 i coughed and saw a tinge of blood along with it. This continued for a couple of days and i visited the doctor. He gave me a couple of meds. Pause 500 and Joycin. It worked. But since the past few days it has started again. I always have the urge to spit and feels like there is cough at the back of my throat. Slight tightness in chest at times but that goes away with burping. I was also advised tests like platelet and bt ct and fasting. Which all came back normal. Was also advised xray chest (pa) and xray pns (om) which was okay as well. The doctor said one side of my nose inside has  increased. DNS TO LEFT he said. I also have a dry mouth . I feel like drinking water all the time. The bloody sputum is there in the morning when i cough after i wake up. And its sometimes once in a few days. I dont have any major issues other than this. I do not smoke or drink at all. Am involved in sports as well. Thanking you in advance for your help.

My husband was a tuberculosis patient. He has mediastinal lymph node tb it was detected by CT guided biopsy. My both reports are attached no 1 is previous ( from Apollo Kolkata) no 2 is present from( Fortis Kolkata). doctor aslo did his pft test because the problem is he has occasional cough. Like every day after 2 to 3 hours of gap he feels some tickling sensation or a some kind sensation in throat nd cough. So I'm but worried doctor. What is in the pft test? Doctor says he has small airways that's the reason. But some doctor said his pft test is normal it's just because of poor efforts. Some time he also have sneezing and runny nose. But my tension is his occasional cough. Please help me 🙏

There is too much cold in delhi and I am having chest congestion from last 3-4 days and dry cough ...1st day I had wheezing problem and very bad back ache with shortness of breath so I taken doctor prescribed medicine Lcin 500 and doxovent 400 Along with this I nebulised my self.. symptoms are better now but still dry cough is there.although, Same thing happened 1.5 years back in winters only . I am worried is this because of cold weather or it is something serious asthma ? Does wheezing and dry cough means asthma ? I got afraid by googling these symptoms.

I have been suffering from dry cough for last two months and a half. Accordingly taking the medicine montelucast+levocetrizine for last two months at night as per doctor prescription but with no improvement as such.It is pertinent to mention here that the episode of my mild to moderate dry cough generally begins in the evening and continues for maximum one hour.I do neither have any breathing problem nor any fever. Of late depending on further recommendation of my doctor I have undergone various medical test I.e., CBC, Chest Xray and serum IGE. Though the report of CBC and Xray report reveals normal but serum IGE level indicates 188.5. In view of the above, I seek valuable advice for my next course of treatment to get recovery from the cough as stated above. Saunak choudhuri

My wife is having cough and it is there for almost more than a month now. The cough j's very mild with few occurrences in the day time and gets bad in the night. We consulted two physicians and both rooted for allergy. We did lots of tests as well. The cbc test result was around 12. 72 thousand. We also did an IgE test whose result was 19.45 and a PFT whose results were normal. We took medicines as advised by the doctors but of no use. Now I am sort of feeling helpless as the cough seems to linger around. I need suggestions regarding the same. Should I consult an ENT specialist or any other specialist this time Oz we've already consulted two physicians, or should I go to them once more.
