My son age 5 years Weight 14 kg Four days having Cold Cough Fever Used medicine Alex P Clamp kid forte P 250 All cleared no fever from 3 days. The problem From yesterday again mild fever and cough started.. I didn't understand again what happened. Plz suggest.

I had flu like symptoms at 25th August night then had 3 days cough cold and 100 fever I was taking paracetamol 500 mg. Then I did not have fever but had coughing at night yesterday night I was feeling cold and body pain today having 100.4 fever I have taken dolo 650 mg . Kindly suggest me medicine and if any test have to done and I am vaccinated with covishield also right now feeling little chest tightness

Suddenly from yesterday afternoon my mother started feeling uneasy and when I checked her template it was 99.4 .she took paracetamol and there was no fever that day but she started couching.Today morng also she was coughing and her body temperature was more when checked i.e 100. She had a history of TB in her 20s age. She every year develops dry cough that doesn't goes away easily but this time, it is over a year. She is under treatment of a chest physician and he diagnosed it as PTB. I have been taking medication subscribed and also inhaling steam, goggling with salt water, drinking ginger tea and still it's the same... I don't see any improvement.. Saturday night my mother got severings and after sometime she had a high fever. Next day i have consulted doctor and fever was 102 with dry cough and platelets counts found to be 1.6lakhs..
