Overcoming with grief

This is with regard to my mother. She recently lost her young son (age 33) due to sudden heart attack at his workplace away from our hometown on 4th July 2023. My mother has been continuously crying since that day, even during her sleep. Whenever she is awake she is in tears. She occasionally talks to him as well. Her blood pressure has shooted to 180/90. She does not want to get up and work and has been crying continuously day and night. I am worried about her health. Should I visit a psychiatrist or wait for few days to let her vent her grief? She talks in her sleep as well. I myself am a psychologist so I was not willing to rush to things and let go things naturally on its own. Please suggest me when should be the right time to take her to a psychiatrist.
