Bi- Polar Depreession since Nov,2011
I am consulting Neuro Psychiatric.Hardly I get out of depression for one month.Then it is mania, less sleep, over-activities, wrong judgements, talking for hours. Then again I have depression. 18 hr sleep, less food, no activity,fear, anxiety, no trust on anyone,avoid everyone, no talk, no walk, total silent. Drugs prescribed: Vents Dxt OD 100 Twice, Lamez 100 Twice, Mirtaz 15 once, Anti-Oxident once, Ativan 5 once, Pantaprozole once. This is one days doze. No permanent recovery till today.

Hello, Lamez is the mood stabilizer in your prescribed medication which act as a mood stabilizer and avoids further depressive and manic effects. It can be given up to dosage of 200mg. Ventab and Mirtaz are antidepressant and can cause switch from depression to manic stage. Bipolar is a phasic illness and mood stabilizer are the drug of choice which avoids manic and depressive phases. With medication you should not have manic and depressive phase.
