Recently got the Widal test report on 3rd day of the fever . Following results Typhi O 1/80 +ve igm positive igG negative Over all diagnosis says acute typhoid fever Internet says if IgM positive it is dengue I am confused .

Diagnosed with typhoid 1:320 titre Fever occured again  on 8th day even after            continuing antibiotic CEFTAS O(200/200) Bid   Should I discontinue this antibiotic and start another antibiotic course.
