Hi, Widal test is positive for typhoid. You should get complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen and IgM antibody, Malaria antigen test, Blood culture. A detailed history is required to find out any other coexisting illness and for specific treatment. General advice:- Drink plenty of oral fluids, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
