I have a l5 and l4 disc bulging, while swimming my back problem have improve considerably but recently I have been training for TRI, (not new) and I have been experimenting pain, down and up on my back. I have been trying to do situps, pushup and chinup, but seems it hurts me more. I want to understand what exercised I can strengthen my back and other part of my body without hurting myself.

I got acne scars and with the consultation of dermatologist I'm using Tri-O-bloc, deriva ms gel and la shield sunscreen. He told to use it for 21days and suggested me for microdermabrasion but for me affording microdermabrasion is bit difficult so can you suggest me some alternatives so that regarding which i can consult a dermatologist or something helpful. Hi all, i am 30 year old. Taking 75 mg thyroxine tablet. My thyroid reports is TRI-IODOTHYRONINE (T3, TOTAL)  - 1.35 THYROXINE (T4, TOTAL) - 15.26 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH)  - 4.027 Need to increase my tablet dosage?

Will yogi ginger tea make birth control pills less effective. I take ortho tri cyclen birth control and use yogi ginger tea as a preventive for migraines. Not sure if it really works yet this is my first time trying it.
