Hiv negative but wife getting syptoms

Please help. I had protected sex with a call girl. seven days after I got fever, body pains, severe fatigue. after 120 days I did HIV test Elisa, western blot they are negative. from four years onwards iam getting negative results. I did test recently also it is negative Tri dot test in government hospital. and I married after first night my showing same symptoms. Iam in depression. please help me.
