Had protected sex can i get hiv? Drugs?

Hello doctor i had protected vaginal sex with prostitute on 22 feb 2025 on 6:30 pm i dont remember during sex if condom broke or not.then after sex she pulled my condom with an unknown cloth (dont know if it had semen or vaginal fluid on it)and from same clothe she cleaned the tip of my penis . On 24 feb 2025 7:30 pm i took only tenofovir disoproxil fumerate as pep(within 49 hours) without any other pep drug combination .on 24 feb nught i caught cold ,cough  and low fever which still persist on todays date 18 march . From 2 march i start feeling upset stomach ,decrease appettite and from 8 march i start feeling total loss of appitite and diarrrhea till today 18march 2025.also i had white toungue. Is it sign of hiv? As i only took tenfovir disoproxil fumerate as pep without other pep drugs? Please reply doctor am really worried and anxious😭😭
