I have a l5 and l4 disc bulging, while swimming my back problem have improve considerably but recently I have been training for TRI, (not new) and I have been experimenting pain, down and up on my back. I have been trying to do situps, pushup and chinup, but seems it hurts me more. I want to understand what exercised I can strengthen my back and other part of my body without hurting myself.

I got acne scars and with the consultation of dermatologist I'm using Tri-O-bloc, deriva ms gel and la shield sunscreen. He told to use it for 21days and suggested me for microdermabrasion but for me affording microdermabrasion is bit difficult so can you suggest me some alternatives so that regarding which i can consult a dermatologist or something helpful. Hii.. I had an accident two months ago and there is a scar on my forehead .. I showed it to the doctor and they gave me the cream which is tri-o-block and belissa, he told me to mix it and apply it on accidental marks and it has been over a month since I was using the cream but it did not show much effect... Can anyone please suggest me that what to do, should I have to continue using that tubes and if not then which cream/tube should I apply for getting better result soon..?? Please suggest me
