Blood pressure and medicine side effects

I have been suffering from BP from 2014. I was put on nebivolol 2.5 which never helped me in BP. My anxiety got roof top and then I was put on Telnem H and anxiety medicines. They never helped either. Then I was put on nebi 5 and serotonin medicines after certain test. Story continues BP never got down. Then I was put on 2 times 50 mg atenolol and s amlosafe 5mg where my BP readings was between 130 and recently it was 160 .. Now over the years with all medicines I got constipation, depression, sexual issues, abnormal body temperature and slow beating heart which doesn't have any feelings, prostate problem, gas, acidity, bloating and sleep issues. Now I'm on telmisartan 40 mg two times a day less side effects now I do sometimes have palpitations due to telmisartan is it normal or side effects of beta blockers. anything apart from beta blockers that can help with palpitations

Correct medicine

My mother was recently found to be covid positive. She has high bp (158|97) and was also diagnosed with portal vein thrombosis (PVT) about 12 yrs back. She takes inderal 10 for the PVT, telmisartan 40 for high bp. For the last 10 days she has been complaining of some pain in the left side of the chest which she thinks might be due to some gas problem. Doc prescribed a couple of medicines and coupled with covid she is taking a lot of medicines now. She takes an antacid in the morning, then after breakfast telmisartan 40, after lunch a PCM, DOX-SL, some multi vitamins and a cough syrup. After dinner she takes the PCM, DOX-SL and the cough syrup again. She hasn't been taking the inderal tablets regularly. She has been facing difficulty in breathing for a while and the chest pain is there as well. Also she coughs from time to time but she can't spit the phlegm out. Are the medicines okay or are they causing the problem? And is vapor enough to get the phlegm out? Kindly help me out.

Grade 1 Left Ventricular hypertrophy

I'm a high blood pressure, 39yrs old male on telmisartan 40 mg for last 5 years. I was recently diagnosed with Grade 1 Left Ventricular Hypertrophy. I don't have diabetes but cholesterol is a bit higher side. I'm also on anxiety medication. I'm really worried about the LVF and want to know what is life expectancy with this disease. Is it something I live with only for next 2 to 3 years? I'm in Australia and my cardiologist appointment is 2 months away. I wanted to get some help before I see the Dr here.

Stool multiple times daily repeatedly

Hi doctor, I am 36 yr old male feeling the urge for bowel movement multiple times in quick succession. This generally happens around 9 pm then I need to repeat trips to toilet every 30 mins or so, 3-4 times each day. After 3-4 trips it generally stops. I don't have any stomach infection or diarrhoea. No stomach pain. Issue happens only after the first round of bowel movement each day. Why does this happen? I'm taking medicines - telmisartan 20mg, fluoxetine 20 mg, lipirose-F-5 - all once daily.
