I have hashitomoto and hypothyroidism since 8 years.it is in normal value.I have ibs problem from 18 months.gastroenterologist suggest sarotena 10 mg tablet for 6 months.I  hav severe headache  in morning ,deezziness stomach pain during periods,dry mouth, weigh gain 6 kg in 2 months.becaause of lockdown i cant take advice by doctor i suddenly stop taking tablet . doctor prescribed take another 3 months i 0am not taken.after 2 months i hav heart related issuess like chest pain,high pulse rate,skipped heart beat, racing heart beat, I awake in night while sleeping. I cant sleep on turning one side I feel discomfort in chest and I hear loud sounding of heart beat.i done ecg( tricardia mentioned) and echo hav normal.it is side effect of sudden stopping of anti depressant tablet sarotena 10 mg ?all of these because of anxiety?please suggest me it can be cured completely in ayurveda how long should I take treatment.for this which doctor I consult for this?

Iam suffering from headache for last 5yrs years, reason, cold water and cold bath, hard discussions, loud noises, loudly speaking, angry, emotional, heat wave out side, running nose,, some doctors gave me elipran 20 and nafroxsen250, some gave me ciplar 20 and sarotena 10 for six months, pls suggest me a better treatment and better medicine,

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years iam taking thyroxin 75 mg.it is normal.last 2 years I have irritable bowel syndrome gastroenterologist prescribed tablet sarotena 10 mg daily.I take 6 months after I have covid positive due to lockdown I cant consult doctor I stop taking tablets before 4months.after 1month I have fast  heart rate and heart palpitation chest pain occurs.I consult cardiologist ecg and echo and done all r normal.in ecg sinus tachycardia mentioned. Doctor told u not hav any heart ptoblem.I have severe chest pain whole day especially in morning and night. It is a withdrawal symptom of sarotena  antidepressant tablet?i t can be cure?please suggest which doctor I consult?psychiatrist or cardiologist or gastroenterologist please reply.thanks

Can "Avena Sativa Q (homeopathic medicine)" and psychiatrist allopathic medicine (1.Amixide-H, 2.Sulpitac 50, 3.Sarotena 25) be taken together??? . Will these medicine if taken together will help me in fast recovery from mental illness?? ,,,,,or will show side effects in the form of panic attack or something else??? . . Since 3 months I feel very thirsty dry mouth i taken tablet sarotena 10 mg for ibs.i feel tired   several fatigue.i check hb  level is 9gm ,tsh is 0.94.in February my hb level is 13gm.last 2 months during menstrual periods i hav tired dezziness muscle cramps low bleeding.iam very panic is symptom of diabetes.ihav vaginal,scalp,shoulder armpit itching in last 4months.before 4 months i checked cbc all r normal.please suggest what  problem I have

From 10months I have 4-5 times loose stools morning itself.some times iam very tired after evacuate stools.2 days I have back stools with abdominal pain, belching in a month of February &March.i consult gastrologist I done endoscopy colonoscopy liver kidney use scan hb test occult blood stool test all r normal.in colonoscopy report mentioned no ulcer.in colonoscopy biopsy mentioned - chronic non specific inflammation.  Doctor gave sarotena tablet for 3 months.3 months dosage closed I checked hb it is only 9.but before 4months my hb is 13.which problem I have. What is the reason for my hb is low.still I have same problem.medicines not cures my problem.

I consult mbbs  doctor  told it is IBS along with infection and prescribed refigut 400mg for 5 days.in medical shop I got rexigut 400 mg instead of rexigut 400mg.from yesterday I used rexigut tablet.after 2-3 hours swallowing rexigut tablet I hav mild pain centre of stomach region slightly for 1 hour after it stops.can I do repeated testes like colonoscopy and endoscopy and other blood testes.please reply.can for 3 years can colon becomes IBD  colites.

After1 month I hav heart fluttering in morning and  fast heart beat 120-130bpm.bp is 120/80 or 122/83.chest pain left and some times  right and also discomfort in chest,short breath.I hav left side chest pain when I walk 5oom.I hav done ecg and echo mentioned sinus tachycardia.heart beat 130pm so doctor don't do tmt test giving 15 days prolomet xl 12.5 mg for 15 days.after 15 days do tmt.but my doubt is this sinus tachycardia and palpitation  is a life treating disease. ?It does not cures? After stop taking prolomet xl tablet  can increased my blood pr,now I hav normal level bp.life long should I take this medicine? Can I consult psychiatrist? Please reply attached report.
