Withdrawal symptom of antidepressant
I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years iam taking thyroxin 75 mg.it is normal.last 2 years I have irritable bowel syndrome gastroenterologist prescribed tablet sarotena 10 mg daily.I take 6 months after I have covid positive due to lockdown I cant consult doctor I stop taking tablets before 4months.after 1month I have fast  heart rate and heart palpitation chest pain occurs.I consult cardiologist ecg and echo and done all r normal.in ecg sinus tachycardia mentioned. Doctor told u not hav any heart ptoblem.I have severe chest pain whole day especially in morning and night. It is a withdrawal symptom of sarotena  antidepressant tablet?i t can be cure?please suggest which doctor I consult?psychiatrist or cardiologist or gastroenterologist please reply.thanks
