I want to know if it is safe to mix meds

Hello! I was wondering if it is safe to take a fat burner with Wellbutrin as well as seroquel. I take 150mg of Wellbutrin (Bupropion XL) first thing in the morning. If I feel like I need another dosage, I'll take another later on, but that rarely happens. I also take 25mg of seroquel (Quetiapine Fumarate) for sleep at night. I know these are both medications that can have side effects of seizures (I have not had any), so I want to be safe. I was wondering if it is safe to take a fat burner (Sheer Strength For Women Fat Burner) along with these medications? I'm trying to kickstart losing weight by taking these before I start going into full workouts. Thank you!

Chest pain

My chest seems to be paining for a while from last few days. Couple of days back I had a visit to ER where in my ECG was taken. My body was shivering I could not speak a word, my chest was paining a lot, I had blurry vision. Doctor told that it was a panic attack. I'm on treatment for depression for last year and half and currently I'm on clonazapam 0.5mg, mirtazapine 15mg, quetiapine 25mg. I've sent my reports to my psychiatrist who asked me to get a cardiologist's opinion on the same. I'm attaching my ECG and ER summary kindly look into the same and tell me if there's anything to worry about. Also my pulse rate is quite high and bp is also on the high side very much everytime. Last year I had taken all the tests like tmt 2d echo etc everything was normal however the cardiologist said my BP is very high and my pulse is rate is high. I was advised met Xl 12.5 for a month. please check if it's really due to depression or a sign of any underlying disease ?

Unidentified root cause of vertigo

Dear doctor From past 3 years, my sister has been suffering from persistant vertigo, pain in cervical area, dyspnea, numbness of limbs. And she had taken consultations/treatments from the following department: 1. ENT - consulted two ENT doctors but no improvement in vertigo per their diagnosis of Ménière's disease. She had taken Stemetil MD and Vertin 24mg for more than a year. 2. Ortopedics - consulted one doctor but they could not detect the root cause and treatment with Vitamin D3 injections and calcium. But no significant improvements. 3. Neurologist - They did nerve conduction tests, and brain mri but no issues were there. They treated with Betahistine, Quetiapine, Trixide H, etc but not improvements at all. 4. Neurosurgeon - Consulted two docs but both said physiotherapy will heal it. We also did physiotherapy for a month, pain reduced by 20% but no improvement in vertigo. Till today, nobody had been able to find the root cause of it. Any suggestions what is this?

Psychiatric and Neurology

Sir, My father aged 67 years had a confused behaviour, dementia with insomnia and also imagination of sounds, things which do not exist too in the April, 2014. Then he did not sleep for 5-6 days continuously. Then we consulted a local psychiatrist who prescribed Lorazepam 2 mg once daily at night with Quetiapine 50 mg twice daily. On the first dose of the medicines he had a very good sleep one night and in the morning he became completely normal..Then We continued the medicines with reduced doses for some days and then withdrawn. Now In March 2016 this year He again had the same symptoms together with insomnia. But this time I noticed that just before going to this abnormal condition He felt a very heavy Headache as said by him at that time and suddenly he shouted for the pain and went again to that bad condition. But this time he had a more severe memory loss. And this time too the same medicines were prescribed by the Doctor together with Clonazepam 0.25 mg.
