Paranoia and too much medication
Citalopram used successfully for 7yrs, no longer effective. Currently I am taking: 50mg Venlafaxine bi-daily 75mg Epitec in the morning 50mg Epitec at night 10mg Pur-Bloka bi-daily 50mg Trazodone at night 0.5mg Rivotril at night 50mg Quetiapine (Started 3 weeks ago) I believe that my colleagues have hidden motives, I believe my family and friends are deceiving me, I perceive malice in innocent statements, I am weary and suspicious of everyone around me. How should my medication change?

U need to consult a new Psychiatrist and get urself evaluated. U might require more antipsychotics than antidepressants.

That is a lot of medication. There is a need to diagnose your condition to optimise the treatment. Best wishes.
