Sir, I was taking propranolol 40 mg (Beta Blocker) for treating my migraine headache as well as high BP because it was prescribed by a Neurologist. After taking this medicine for a long period when I suddenly stopped taking it, I started facing chest pain I also faced heart attack type symptom with lot of changes in ECG. Again doctor prescribed me Propranelol hence I again started taking propranolol 20 MG twice a day thereafter I feel better. Now due to propranolol, I am facing shortness of breath. Please suggest me what should I do? If I will stop taking propranolol suddenly, I will die either due to heart attack or due to chest pain. Except propranelol, I am taking Fluoxetine 20 mg and Divalproex 500 mg since last 2 years and I cannot give up these medicines. Please help sir.

I have a issue of mild heart palpitations and a anxiety problem. The cardiologist prescribed me Telma 40 and propranolol 40 mg. After taking this propranolol medicine my palpitations or angina disappeared, but I am facing a kind of erection problem. So 1. instead of Propranolol 40 mg,can I use Nevivolol.                                              2. Or can i take tadalafil with propranolol? Please advise about this 2 questions?
