ECG 2D Echo Normal No BP For Anxiety Palpitations Cardiologist Given Propranolol 20 MG Sustained Release Light Chest Pain When Taken Feeling very uncomfortable Cardiologist Who Prescribed Me was Unavailable So I went to Another Cardiologist He Told me to Stop Taking So I Stopped Felt Normal For one Day then Again the Next Day Heart Rate Went From Sitting 85 to 145 Standing What Should I Do Now Unable to Go Hospital With Fear of Increasing Heart Rate Is This Very Serious ? IF Just Standing Heart Rate Goes Upto 140 then How High it Goes while I  Work? When Im on Propranolol Both Days Night Time BP was After Eating130 Before Eating 127 Before Medication Very Rarely It Crossed 120 if Only 2 Days of using Have this kind of withdrawal Effects How Iam Supposed to Take it For Long Time 😭 Living With Fear Of Dying Pls Help

I think your issue is not heart related its all anxiety. To rule out organic cause get CBC, TSH done. Your ECG and Echo is already normal. Don't worry. Do meditation,  listen to relaxing music, regular endurance exercise to increase vagal tone and bring down heart rate
