Regarding Propranolol
I have a issue of mild heart palpitations and a anxiety problem. The cardiologist prescribed me Telma 40 and propranolol 40 mg. After taking this propranolol medicine my palpitations or angina disappeared, but I am facing a kind of erection problem.
So 1. instead of Propranolol 40 mg,can I use Nevivolol.
2. Or can i take tadalafil with propranolol?
Please advise about this 2 questions?

Hi, you can stop propranolol and check you have no palpitations without medicine. If symptoms are there, then you can go for bisoprolol which has less side effects. Consult with doctor for further assessment.
