Propranolol
My psychiatrist has given me 20mg propranolol in the morning and 20mg at night. Generally my heartbeat is 90 and 119 when I'm stressed. Currently it is 64 and I feel light headed. The other medicines prescribed are Pexep CR 12.5 and Clonafit. Should I reduce propranolol to just once a day?

Yes, you can reduce propranolol doses and can withdraw completely if you feel ok with other medications.
