Hello Sir
There are some chances ki propranolol se tinnitus ho
Aur jaise aap anxiety aur tremors ka shikayat bata rahe hai
Uske liye aur bhi medicines hai, jisse araam bhi milta hai, propranolol se behtar hai aur side effects bhi kam hai

Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern.
It’s understandable that you’re concerned about how your medication might affect your tinnitus. I suggest, consult your psychiatrist for any side effect on tinnitus.
I also suggest to consider therapy to gradually reduce anxiety medications, which will help your tremors as well. For therapy consult psychologist and consider techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
