Hi Doctor, My mom prescribed with medrol 8mg Bd for 5 days and anti coagulant (5 days  0.6 lmwh sc) for high ddimer >3000.. During asymptomatic covid phase. In retest after 5 days. D dimer reduced to <100.. Is this medrol8 mg bd for  5 days is strong steroid? Will there be problem of mucormycosis? She is not diabetic.. Any precautions to take? Thanks

My father (63y),he has been breathing and weakness problem since from six months .long time ago he smoked. But it leaves about twelve years. So he is treatment under guwahati medical college &hospital in Assam.there doctor's are dingo's I p f and medications pirfenidone tab and mucaryl tab . they are advice's to xray,afb ,sc t,2d echo,ECG ,lft and others tes etc. .but no improve . Therefore I request you that give me better solution for my Father treatment . . your well wishers

Weakness,sleep more than 10 hr. Mental retardation , muscle weakness , joint pain , muscle pain , don't like to eat anything, like to sleep all the day though I am a student of XII Sc. I can't read in night as my friend can do ; due to my weakness I would like to sleep fast. Nausea is another problem .I can't stay well without MONTECULAST drug a day . I lost my weight a little to ... What should i do ?

I always wanted to work after marriage . I have done my M.phil & gold medalist in political sc. I worked for two yrs as a teacher.. Now at home from few years looking after 2 children & home..however I still have an urge to work but my family conditions are not favourable. I feel frustrated., irritated& angry all d time.. Everything seems like a burden. I feel very depressed all the time & dont enjoy anything. My 2nd child is 2+ & elder son is 8 yrs old.

My Serum Creatine came 1.13. Doctor stopped fibrate that i had been taking for the past 1 year (taking Rosuvas 5 now, Lipid profile normal), normal LFT. Last year SC was 0.93. BUN, Urea, Urine RE (no traces/ absent across parameters) and uACR are all within normal range. HB 15.3, Fasting Sugar 82, BP 120/ 80. Have acidity issues frequently and take Pantakind DSR occasionally. Guess the creatine level is not a cause of concern. Kindly suggest.

Covid is everywhere. People are in fear now. It may be new for many but many had already the status quo, why are they panicking now. Blaming govt. People use to spend their income on luxuries, living in debt cycles. Eliteness and nepotism have been for long, everyone use to say politicians are like this only.Beaurucracy and mismanagement are here from long time . Even developed countries struggled,  they are not perfect but their system and culture better and humane Is now fear of death has come over? I fell Feb 1st and my ankle twisted left as far as it could and couldn't walk swollen pain discolored, my shin swollen has a Knot and fever pain and hurts to touch and went to the ER on February 6th at Cannon Hospital in Pickens SC and done an X-ray they was there wasn't nothing broke wrapped it and sent me home still til this day its all swollen painful stinging tingling in my toes and still have a Knot on my shin and fever on it need to know what I need to do please and I have no insurance

He can't concentrate on anything.recently he had a break up and her mom cut off relation vd him and many more family issues.since childhood his parent's got separated.he completed his studies on residential school n then he started living in separate home.He is depressed somewhat. He feels like living alone, not talking to anyone, fly away to a unknown place.he is doing M. sc. his performance in study is deteriorating.he can't concentrate. He can't even decide his carrer plan also. His mind isn't stable. His past is haunting him. He feels like everyone is going to leave him whom he loves.this thought is haunting him like hell. now he is scared of getting close to anyone.. He is not able to find peace anywhere. In dream also he gets scared.what should he do to get back in normal life?

Hello sir/mam my age is 27 year old i hv a kid 2.5 year old and comleted  3.5 years for my marriage ...i had 1 curreting, two abortions of    4 wks pregnency ..my periods were always  regular but since october 2018 suddenly i seen decrease in periods  flow nd irregularity  and fattyness ...so,i hv did thyroid test in April 2019 attaching SC of report then  visited to endocrynologist he prescribed thyroxin sodium tablet 50 mcg nd adviced to do TSH after 2 month this month i had TSH test ...value decreased as 2.6 ...plz tell me howuch my thyroid problem  solved or i need further T/t?

When I was age of 14 then naturally sexual thinking arise.. But I was addicted to my sister. My elder sister beat me for this, my study also hampered.Then I continue my study. Everything goes well. But after 6 months this thinking again. But then I tried to overcome this.But occasionally I did this wrong.then I was upset.All time I arguing with me to overcome this.One day suddenly this nasty thinking come to me about my mother then I was totally upset and behave like mad. I have gone to psychiatrist but can't tell my problem as my elder brother with me. Now I am facing several problems. What should I do. I have completed M. SC in Chemistry. Now pursuing B.ed.
