My husband is suffering from tuberculosis and has low sperm count and motility. Dr has priscribed medicine Akt-3,oflomac 200, B-long, AtoZ multivitamin,COQ 300, maxoza l powder and clome 25 .Before starting medicine there were 25 million/ml sperm count but after 3 months of taking medicine sperm count becomes 4 million/ml. What should I do doctor ? Harmone test and routine check up are normal. Please doctor give me advice..

Hlo, sir. I have some discomfort on my hip back. it's paning a lot i last 2 days I consult a doctor today it is general surgeon and laparoscopic surgeon He checks and puts a finger and some type of liquid in my back and chexk it he say it was a perianal abscess  it has some paning in my back area and  He has given me some 3 medicines for 7 days 1 Linox 600 mg tablets 2 oflomac oz 3 chymorol plus tablet all tablet 2 time in a day morning and night ND ALSO, tell me to do hot salt water compress on that area Plz tell me ..is that medicine is OK I'm confused it has to do with hot salt water or only hot water compress on my back plz anyone in here clear it

My baby is 13 months old. Past four days her stool has been semi solid, very smelly and happens around three times. So i took her to a paediatrician here in my locality. He prescribed me oflomac. After her lunch i gave her 3.5 ml as prescribed by the doctor. However as soon as she has the medicine she vomitted. Again in the evening I gave her a little cerelac and then again for dinner khichdi. Again after having khichdi she vomitted. So i consulted my usual padiatrician and she prescribed me Motinorm 0.5ml. i am now feeling very tensed and wondering as to what should I do now. I gave her motinorm.

I got burning sensation in urine 2 weeks ago. My GP doctor advised me to do urine routine test. It was detected with bacteria present, 18-20 pus cells, urine protein absent. I was advised to take oflomac 400 once a day, urispas 3 times a day, and alkorina syrup 3 times a day for 5 days. After taking I got some relief, but 2 days ago, I again got burning sensation in urine. My GP again advised me urine routine test. My pus cells are now 1-2, no bacteria present, but protein traces found. I have been advised to take alkorina syrup for 10 days thrice daily. What could be the cause of burning sensation again if there is no bacteria? Will taking alkorina again for 10 days cure it?

Hi sir/madam, My child had stomach pain for the past 15 days and doctors gave oflomac forte antibiotic mentioning it as stomach infection. He jad dysentry with whote mucus only one day in between. No vomitting or fever. Since he had always complaining of stomach pain we took usg abdomen scan today and the result was "gaseous distended large bowel loop". Kindly help how to treat this and if it requires surgery. Please note he had constipation problem couple of months back and now also he poops thrice a week only. He complains pain in the anus after poop

My baby had first fever on 5th July then no fever on 6 and 7th July, again fever on 8th July 101 then went for blood test , crp was 109 .doc gave medicine switch and oflomac antibiotic for 7 days then no fever from 9th July to 15th July bt today again fever on 16th July from night .antibiotic course is completed now for 7 days, what to do fever is getting again now it's 99.2, gave sumol 0.6ml now

Doctor my baby is 8 months old. He is doing watery loose stools since 8 days around 8 to 9 times in a day. I am giving him medicines but nothing is working giving oflomac syrup econorm sachet and an enzyme also but nothing is working. M feeding him dalia, oats, ragi, banana puree, can I feed him cerelac ? Not giving any top up milk just giving mine breast milk. Cerelac contains milk can I give him cerelac ?

Hi this is alekhya my baby boy is 4 .5 mnths old and weighing 6.8 kgs as of now . My baby pooh is green in colour from past 10 days and he is partially breast fed and using similac advance stage 1 . Doctor prescribed similac isomil ,oflomac-M and grilinctus M as he is coughing rarely and sounds from his throats Like mucus inside I read in this forum that one doctor suggested someone that grilintus M is banned and not recommended to use for infants is it true?? Can I use Kufril LS for cough instead of this ?? Is similac isomil is safe to use all time or after some days can I shift back to similac advance stage 1 ?? How is my baby growth as per his age ?? 1 Oct Ent doctor prescribed omnacortil 10 mg 3 times a day and other anti histamine and cortisteroid without any antibiotics and after eating the medicine for 10 days from 10 Oct 2020 I started having frequent urination with burning sensation in pens. And I saw my urethra was inflamed after 10 days untreated this disease after running for 2 two days on  Feb 4 2021 my right testicle started paining constantly. Pain was usually one side the pain comes after each urination with frequent urination and burning sensation untreated I caught covid in April 14 21 then on 7 July I went to doctor he given benocide forte and paracetamol eaten for 1.5 months no use. Then given oflomac Oz eaten for 10 days no profit taken covid vaccine on 31 July 21. And 31 aug then no doctor visited again on Dec 24 2021 given Ciprofloxacin 500 mg bid for 10 days with decee forte for 1.5 months no profit. Then no doctor from may 2021 my sperm has become like watery. from 5 oct 22 pain in left testis also please help
