Gaseous distented large bowel loop
Hi sir/madam, My child had stomach pain for the past 15 days and doctors gave oflomac forte antibiotic mentioning it as stomach infection. He jad dysentry with whote mucus only one day in between. No vomitting or fever. Since he had always complaining of stomach pain we took usg abdomen scan today and the result was "gaseous distended large bowel loop". Kindly help how to treat this and if it requires surgery. Please note he had constipation problem couple of months back and now also he poops thrice a week only. He complains pain in the anus after poop.
