Hello doctors, I have been diagnosed with chronic rhino sinusitis some years ago and I still have the problem no matter how many antibiotics I take. And I have bad breath too with 24x7 post nasal drip. I remember the foul breath going off only after I take broad spectrum antibiotics like Metron or Clinda but comes back within a week each time. Is there a way to fight this? Which will be the best next approach for me? Will homeopathy be able to help or stick to allopathy?

I have had a lower left wisdom tooth extraction 5 days back. However, the cheek muscles around the tooth extraction area or probably the gum itself is having few blisters/canker sours/whitish ulcers since the 3rd day and seriously impacting my food intakes and drinking. I am a smoker and have NOT been smoking since my tooth extraction. It seems the ulcers are more predominant where the anesthesia needle was inserted. Just to let you know, I don't seem to have any pain or complications with my socket. It seems to be filling up though I can see whitish and dull layer around the entire gum. I am done with my antibiotic course which consisted of moxclav 625 and metron forte post extraction. The extraction was probably a normal one as the surgeon took 5-6 mins to get the tooth extracted. I have ulcer in my tongue from 20 days. Sometimes it pain but generally it is not paining. It also look different from ulcer but i have visited my nearby doc. He said it is ulcer. One medicine shop person who have approx 30 yrs experience told me it is fungus. I don't know what it is. But it's burning while I eat salty. Sir. I am suffering from gastric problem since 8 months. After diagnosis it comes as h pylorie infection. I was medicated with pylosid 120, metron 400, esemprazole 40 and tetracycline 250. It came to 80% relief. But due to weakness and back stretch an orthopedic prescribed vitamin injection and pain killer of thicosine aceclofenac paracetamol which made my gastric problem re occur. Now i was feeling gas burping and upper abdominal pain from chest to naval area. My doctor diagnosed negative h pylorie infection. He suggests pantocid dsr in morning and acogut 100 three times a day before meal for 21 days. It is 10 day now. It is some relief as it burps in morning and pain is some low. My problem is I feel heaviness in upper abdomen ,uncertain stool. It is semi loose to little soft loose at different times with gas discharge. Is it due to acogut. Is my medicine good and i continue for 21 days. Or i stop it
