Hi Doctor , Recently my doctor advised me to do suction cleaning at Minor OT in AIIMS , after doing this the Technician wrote TM intact and TM retracted , want to know what does it mean . Do I need a operation or can be treated with medicine as I am really scared of operations

I am facing difficulty and pain due to TM Joint for last one month. Recently the pain is aggravating in the right ear and in the jaw. Initially i thought it was an ENT problem and consulted an ENT doctor. He diagnosed and confirmed it is a TM Joint issue. He said, it seems like a slight dislocation in the jaws. Regarding to this, i have few queries. To cure this dislocation, does it need any surgery?? What caused this TMD? Can it be adjusted without surgery( as suggested in youtube videos). How can I know externally that the parts of my tm joint (disk, ligaments) are not damaged i.e. I don't need any surgery and I will be cured totally after my treatment for tmj disorder?

I have lot of pimples from last month and my doctor have suggested me to use Melalumin TM and nadoxin creams...can I use it? I have fear that my skin may become black as it contains few chemicals..I have pus containing pimples..what should I do now?
