TM Perforation upto 60%
I have found TM Perforation of eardrum for the last month and having moderate hearing loss, whistling and Buzzing since then. Is there any non-surgical treatment to get this auto heal.

It's a big perforation so it will require surgery for complete remission.

If it not heal by its own in 3 months than u go for surgery Till than keep ear dry , don’t put any thing like ear drop, oil, put cotton in ear while bathing
