I have been suffering from crohns disease for that taking mesalamine, azoran, livogen, shelcal. For my deep anal fissure I am taking anosum ointment 3times after evacuation and sitcom tablet before breakfast for 14days but a sticky liquid comes out from  anal fissure most of the times which wet my underware and  I feel very discomfort pls suggest a treatment so I could relief from this problem.

Hi doctor I was suffering with penis unknown infection (white patches formed in penis glan ) 1 year before. I used antifungal cream .the infection was cleared in three days and normal..but from one year till date, I have intermittent irritation , discomfort, throbbing pain in penis tip and bottom side of the penis head, please kindly advice.

Was suffering from cold and cough the last week. It subsided yesterday. But due to weather yesterday, when I reached back home I started having discomfort in throat. Hi , I was experiencing pain and sensitivity in my upper molar . Doctor performed RCT but its been 10 days i there is no improvement in sensitivity and discomfort while applying pressure. What should be done now ? Should i wait ? My doctor is saying me to take pain killers but i dont think thats the solution.
