Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I've been having upper and mid back pain for a year. It feels like my back is spasming. The pain is not constant but it can be very sore when it does happen. It usually lasts from between 20 seconds to 5 minutes but after intense exercise it can last for up to 30 minutes. Sometimes I find myself unable to move due to the pain. I'm also getting stabbing pains in my chest between my ribs that are extremely painful when they occur and leave me feeling as though I can't breathe

Facing pain in upper left abdomen, under the ribs + slight pain under the chest + upper back left side under the shoulder blade. Feels like pinching. When exhaling, feelimg slight pain in shoulder/upper back region. I exercise regularly, have clean diet, no junk food, no alcohol.

Doctor from last three days i am having pain in legs and also i am having head ache and also some times i feel like faintedness.. from two days i am hearing my heart beat in my ear and to the corner of ribs. i am hearing my heart beat in ear when the food comes back in mouth sometimes. I grazed my knee 3 days ago. I cleaned it up straight away and put a plaster on it. 2 days later i started getting flu like symptoms. I am now getting hot flushes, sore throat, frequent urination, rib ache, feeling weak and dizzy. The wound looks like it's healing ok but there was a bit of yellow on the plaster when I changed it. I slept on my back properly but when I woke up; I was on my left side where my rib cage was always more forward, my arm was stretched out above my head. This was bad as I've experienced serious muscle atrophy and weakening before. Those were temporary but greatly annoyed me as I swordsmanship.
